Job Descriptions:
As a Customer Relationship Officer at BK Associates, You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly and efficient service. You will assist with inquires, resolve complaints and ensure a positive customer experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Pass GCE A/L
Age between 18 to 45 years
Excellent communication skills in Sinhala, English, or Tamil
Basic knowledge in IT (Excel / Word & Email & Web Surfing )
Field Executives - Need to have a bike (fuel will be provided by the company)
